Photos!

OKAY so rentals available... we need at least 12 Charter Member Residents.  First come first served on unit choices and availability.  So, below are some photos of some units.  I have two more units I can take photos of soon, the other units are currently occupied and photos cannot be taken until they are vacant, I will provide descritions, and it is safe to say that they are similar to the units pictured unless otherwise noted.

RATES: will vary depending on unit and if single or double occupancy.  KEEP IN MIND rental rates are based on computing the actual costs of operations... I have been here ten years... I know the cost of operations here and set rates accordingly.  The rates DO NOT include a built in profit for the landlord, the rates only reflect paying the expenses related to actually living here.  RATES include all utilities: heat, electric, tv, internet, garbage, water/hot water.  There is no live in maids or yardman... residents are responsible for cleaning their own units and sharing in keeping the property neat and clean.  

AS A BONUS all residents will be entitled to use the property to further their small business endeavors.  SEE THE PAGE " IDEAS"

With that being said, currently rates for single occupants of single rooms start at $150 a week - add $30 for second occupant, total $180 for dbl occupancy...  some rooms if bigger or better for some reason are priced at $160 single occupancy and $180 double.

Single occupants of efficiency units start at $170 a week, add $20 for second occupant, total of $190  a week double occupancy...

One bedroom units are $200 a week whether single or double occupancy.

Security deposit, rental application, and rental agreement required, length of term negotiable.

These units are furnished or semi-furnished, if you have your own, ours will be removed.  If you will be needing something not provided, we may be able to help, just let us know.

This first unit pictured is an upper level, single room unit, dbl bed, dresser, tv, fridge, micro and cooktop, private bath.

The 2nd unit pictured below is a 2 room & bath unit... one room is a bedroom with dbl bed, dresser, desk, the other room is a living rm/kitchenette area combo, micro, fridge, cooktop and with some furnishings as seen, tv, also decor available, and this unit has a bath (not pictured).  This unit is on the upper level.

And this unit shown below is a one bedroom apartment unit on the main level... it has a bdrm with queen sized bed, dresser, desk, tv, a dbl closet and a single closet, a full kitchen with table and chairs, a liv room and 1 and a half baths.  The last folks in this unit hung several things on the walls and it will be needing some sheetrock repair and fresh paint so disregard any imperfections in the photos as they were taken before repair could be done.  Can possibly assist with furnishings and or decor.  Also have a bigger tv available for the LR in this unit.
